Limin(Lisu ethnic) Branch of the Institute

Lishu is a very small tribe which has it's own language, history and culture. the costum of the female Lisu is very colourful and nicely embroidered. Most of the Lisu used to live on hunting ,logging,and pasture.So the Limin branch of the institute could help the lisu women be well trained on the needle work and could make the skilled women been employed.

白沙锦绣艺术院黎明傈僳族刺绣传习院的成立及玉龙县第六期民族（黎明傈僳族）刺绣培训班能如期顺利开展得益于丽江市、县妇联，云南世博集团丽江旅游投资公司、黎明乡党委政府、丽江傈僳文化研究会等相关部门和领导的大力支持和配合。传习院教室及部分师生食宿由云南世博集团丽江旅游投资公司黎明景区免费提供；教学设备、材料、师资、作品回购及部分补贴由白沙锦绣艺术院提供；学员招收组织、相关经费、补贴、政府和及相关部门的协调等重要工作由玉龙县妇联全力负责。学员组织、地方工作协调由黎明乡党委负责。

白沙锦绣艺术院黎明傈僳族刺绣传习院是继鸣音江旺移民村、九河九安移民村刺绣教学点后的另一个非常重要的刺绣传承、民族文化传承和帮助少数民族脱贫致富的项目。所有报名学员都享受三免一补（免学费、免材料费、面午餐及住宿，提供相应补贴）政策，结业后根据双向选择可以直接和丽江锦绣文化传播有限责任公司（白沙锦绣艺术院）直接签订劳动合同或者作品回收代销协议。
