Our framed embroidery arrived 7/16/2012 with the frame cracked.  I have  attached photos of the damaged frame. Since the purchase  price included  the frame I would like a credit for the frame on the  Master Card we used to  purchase the art work.  
Thank you in advance for your prompt reply and settlement of this issue.  

Please know that the actual embroidery is as lovely as we  remembered.

There are two ways to solve our problem, one is you give your bank  account, we pay you 100us dollars as the compensation, another way  is we ship a new  frame and mat to you, but it needs us some days to  make a new frame and  mat, because your art is the only one, so we  do not have the same frame, we have to design again, it will take us  some days.

Dear JackChenzhi,
The picture that I purchased on May 20 for 4500 Yuan has arrived  today in Ottawa. Unfortunately the package was damaged in transit  and was repackaged by the Post Office in Beijing. I attach 5  photographs that show the extent of the damage ... especially the  frame that is broken in two places. There is also no glass to hold  the picture in the frame.
Since you told me that the price I paid included insurance, I ask for your permission to take everything to a picture shop here in Ottawa and have it repaired and properly mounted, as I saw in your  showroom in LiJiang.

Hello Jack,
The new frame was delivered yesterday. Thank you very much.  Perhaps I can make a suggestion when you ship a completed work to other clients ... you should use TWO sheets of protective wood so  that the work of art is totally enclosed between the two sheets.
